CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - Part Time Contractor, Salt Lake City, UT Area

Job Description - This job will fulfill a major part in how WildBird operates. Our customers and reputation will heavily depend on the success of this position. The right candidate will need to:

  • Provide our customers with superior service and care.
  • Assist with our fulfillment operation and inventory management.
  • Currently live in the Salt Lake City area.
  • Work primarily from home and make potentially several weekly visits to our Bluffdale, UT facility.
  • Dedicate approximately 20 hours per week, with an ability for more hours in the near future.

This candidate will be immersed and educated within the babywearing community. Overall we're looking for a self disciplined individual with strong communication skills who can responsibly handle a very demanding yet flexible work schedule. 


  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Willing to work as a part time contractor
  • Work from home or own office


  • Experience with ShipStation
  • Experience with Google Docs/Drive
